Super nice brewery stop in Bermondsey. Loved the interior. Simple square metal and wooden tables and seating. Some greenery added in. Nice ambiance and lighting too. Super friendly staff. Great pale selection on tap as well as some others. Bottles available to purchase.

The Kernel is one of the nicest brewery In Bermondsey beer mile. Not only because of their nice variety of beers available on tap & bottles but also their cool and friendly staff. Reasonable location, plenty of seatings inside and outside. Very positive vibes. A couple of minutes walk from Bermondsey tube station. I like to recommend because I’m coming here from last couple of years now and didn’t get any excuse to soo visiting again 😊

The place is awesome. Great brewery atmosphere and smells. But their go-to beers I ordered were just not good. I usually like lagers pilseners stouts porters or cream ales but they are known for their table wine (awful) and their London brick red ale (awful) and I was talked into trying the bitter (now good). So if you are like me you probably won’t like any of their beers.

Nice little brewery, selection of good beers. Indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a small upstairs area.

During my 9 days trip to London, I've visited about 30 pubs and probably tried more than 100 beers. The best beer (by far) I had was Kernel's 4Cs IPA. Their taproom is different from any other ordinary pub in London: they brew in this hidden place under a stone bridge. Very polite and experienced crew too: Maurits, the manager, has more than 15 years experience, and made my visit memorable with a fast tour in the fermentation room. BTW, I think I tried almost all their beers, and these guys are nailing each style brilliantly.

Kernel are the best brewers of dark beers in the UK, no question. Their Pales and IPAs are great too but up against stiff competition. I’m a fan so it was an honour to visit Arch 7 - truth be told it’s quite a spartan affair so difficult to either love or hate. The beer is of course lovely hence the score. Quality.

My favourite brewery from living in London years ago. It has moved location since then but still on the Bermondsey beer mile. The beers are spectacular but I feel it could be a bit more welcoming. The mosaic pale and chinook ipa that I had were terrific, as expected.
